Our story
Our coast
Our boats land within sight of the dining room. We buy directly, cook over olive wood, and build each plate around the fish rather than over it.
Beyond the sea, the menu follows nearby growers and small olive estates. Expect clean flavors, cold wine, and an unhurried view of the water.
Salt, smoke, citrus—and enough restraint to taste the sea.
Harbor afternoons
Reserve the terrace for a long lunch, sunset drinks, or a private table for up to 24 guests. Menus are built around the morning landing.
