The day’s catch, kept beautifully simple.
Our boats land within sight of the dining room. We buy directly, cook over olive wood, and build each plate around the fish rather than over it.
Beyond the sea, the menu follows nearby growers and small olive estates. Expect clean flavors, cold wine, and an unhurried view of the water.
Salt, smoke, citrus—and enough restraint to taste the sea.
